How do I apply for an apartment?

You can apply here directly, or if you have a specific floor plan you are interested in, you can select the floor plan, select the check availability button, and from there, you will be able to select "lease now," which will take you to our Application Portal.

What documents do I need to provide for the application process?

  • Income verification showing a household income of 2 times the rent amount gross monthly. (A month's worth of paystubs, last year's tax return, an offer letter, etc.)
  • We also need a copy of your photo ID.

Do you allow pets?

We are a pet-friendly community! Our pet policy is the following:

  • 2 pets maximum per apartment home
  • Vet paperwork, pet photo, & DNA swabbing required per pet

The following breeds are restricted:

  • Pit-bull, Terrier/Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman, Chow, Rottweiler, Akita, Presa Canarios, Alaskan Malamutes and Wolf-Hybrids

Is there a pet deposit or a monthly pet fee?

  • Monthly Pet Rent: $35 per pet
  • Refundable Pet Deposit: $300 per pet

How much is the security deposit, and when is it due?

To reserve an apartment, there is a $22.08 application fee per person and a $500 deposit due at the time of application.

Are utilities included in the rent?

No.

How can I pay my rent?

Rent can be paid online through our resident portal.

What lease terms do you offer?

We offer lease terms from 6-19 months.

Can I sublease my apartment?

No, subleasing is not allowed.

Is renter's insurance required?

Yes, a minimum of $100,000 general liability and $20,000 personal property are required.

Are there laundry facilities in the complex?

Each apartment home includes a Full-Size Washer and Dryer.

Is parking available? Is there an additional parking fee?

  • $100 covered parking, $50 uncovered parking, street parking is free

Are guests allowed?

Yes, guests are allowed.
